OUR MISSION

Regal CommUNITY Consultants, (RCC)'s mission is to provide advisory training and consulting services to institutions and agencies that serve underrepresented and proven risk populations locally and abroad.

 

RCC is dedicated to serving  recovery populations, individuals with Intellectual DisAbilities, Autism, Brain Injury, Trauma informed Youth and Adults, Veterans dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), the Forensic Intensive Recovery populations (FIR), Mental Health and Substance Abuse populations.

 

RCC promotes holistic and person-centered approaches to human development by engaging all religious, racial, national, ethnic, and sexual orientation backgrounds.

OUR VISION

RCC’s vision is to provide individuals with Mental Health challenges, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Veterans issues (MST, Substance Abuse and PTSD) hope by implementing evidence-based interventions that reduce the challenges of "Everyday Living."

 

These individuals include; people with Intellectual DisAbilities, Autism, Substance Abuse Addictions, Opioid Addictions, Gambling, Eating Disorders, Sexual Disorders,  Mental Health issues, Forensic Issues, Traumas, Veterans issues, Brain Injuries, and Waiver Participants.

 

OUR MOTTO

RCC’s motto is to “Change, Motivate, Educate."  We reinforce our motto by introducing positive reinforcements, coping skills, behavioral and cognitive goals and objectives, which in turn produces  healthy solutions and ensures a safe community. 

 

RCC  provides adequate skill building trainings, individual and group therapy, housing, effective job development, life skills, job placement and interviewing skills; supported with career decision making for life altering choices for people dealing with everyday complex needs and cultural backgrounds.
